I’m honored to offer support with a practice that’s rooted in my unique professional and personal path.

With 19 years’ experience leading teams at Google and other notable companies, plus a Master’s in Management from Boston University, I’ve coached thousands of professionals through change.

In 2019, my path pivoted to wellness through certifications in Transforming Touch® somatic experiencing, Holy Fire Reiki and Usui Reiki.

In addition to my professional training, I offer intuitive guidance through the “4 clairs” - clear knowing, feeling, seeing and hearing. This additional guidance provides clarity as you navigate life decisions and your personal evolution.
